- 115 g of soft butter
- 220 g flour
- 1 large egg (or 2 small)
- 200 g brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of freeze-dried coffee
- 200 g of chocolate chips
- 50 g of various nuts (pecans, hazelnuts, etc.) or nougat nuggets, or powdered praline

Soft chocolate cookies recipe
1- In a bowl, crush the soft butter and brown sugar with a fork.
2- Add the egg or eggs, vanilla extract, coffee, salt, baking soda, baking powder, then gradually the flour.
3- Add the chocolate chips and nuts to the dough and form small balls. (for large cookies, a ball about 5 cm in diameter)
4- Place these balls on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, spacing them well, gently press each ball with the palm of your hand to flatten it very slightly.
5- Bake in a hot oven at 140 ° for about 20 minutes. 25 maximum, they must not be overcooked otherwise they will be too hard with less pronounced flavors.
6- Remove the rack from the oven, let stand for 2 minutes before placing them on a rack.
